The eCare eCare Experience™ is your personalized tablet pre-loaded with information related to you and your coverage.

You will receive the tablet after you complete a Health Risk Assessment (HRA) survey within 90 days of your effective date.

Clear Spring Health IndexTM, located on your tablet, is calculated based on your survey answers. It allows us to offer you personalized health plan that could lead to a healthier life. See an example here.

On your tablet, you can also access the tools and information including those listed below.

  • Check your benefits
  • Refill your prescriptions
  • Access physicians 24/7 via the telemedicine benefit
  • Participate in virtual fitness classes or find a gym near you
